About Fang Yuan 远芳

Fang Yuan joins The Dreyfus Group as a results-driven real estate professional specializing in delivering exceptional value through a client-focused approach and cross-cultural expertise. With over 20 years of experience spanning global business, academia, and market expansion, Fang has honed her ability to connect with diverse clients and provide personalized solutions that meet their unique needs.

Fang’s career began at the American Chamber of Commerce and Intel China, where she built her experience in executive-level stakeholder engagement. After moving to the Bay Area in 2011, she spent nearly a decade at Stanford University as a Program Manager, hosting high-profile business executives and academic leaders from China. This role allowed her to build extensive networks across Stanford and Silicon Valley while deepening her understanding of the region's dynamic culture and market. Most recently, she collaborated with global sales teams at a San Francisco-based online learning company, driving market growth in China.

Now as a Sales Associate with The Dreyfus Group, Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty, Fang collaborates with her team to deliver high-quality bilingual (English and Chinese) real estate services. Combining exceptional cross-cultural communication skills, deep expertise in the Mid-Peninsula market, and an extensive network, she helps buyers find their ideal homes and secure smart investments, while assisting sellers in strategically positioning their properties to maximize value.

In her spare time, Fang actively promotes global youth leadership development. She is the founder of YouthBridge, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to fostering mutual understanding and communication between the youth of the United States and China.

Fang holds an MBA from Santa Clara University, a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor’s degree in English literature from Beijing Foreign Studies University. She and her daughter currently reside in Los Altos.
